BreakAway Health's Brendan House Transitional Living offers adult clients that require a more intensive treatment experience with the option of program-integrated managed housing incorporating life skills management and coaching.
BRENDAN HOUSE
Located in Costa Mesa, California, Brendan House is our Transitional Sober Living offered to adult clients of BreakAway Health Corporation .
The property offers 3 spacious and tastefully appointed bedrooms, with living accommodation including a sunroom, wood floors throughout, 60" flat screen TV, fully fitted kitchen, on-site laundry and enclosed backyard of fruit trees which provides ane xcellent space for personal reflection or quiet time. The beach is only 2-3 miles away and shopping & enterainment within walking distance.
Housing is provided exclusively for clients of the BreakAway Adult Intensive Outpatient Program and is available to clients with dual diagnosis (pending assessment).
The Transitional house is managed by an on-site residential manager and includes the following::
- Transportation (subject to individual needs)
- Life Coaching
- Life Skills Management
- Adult Intensive Outpatient Program provided at BreakAway Health HQ
